Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day when the consumer or a third, different from the carrier and designated himself, acquires the physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform us of the decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration. Effects of withdrawal
If the consumer withdraws from this contract, all payments made in our favor for the order will be reimbursed, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs deriving any choice of a different type of delivery) without undue delay and in each case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment vehicle used for the initial transaction, or in bank transfer in the event that the order has been paid in cash on delivery, unless otherwise agreed otherwise; In any case, no cost must be incurred as a consequence of this refund. The reimbursement can be suspended until the reception of the assets or until the consumer is demonstrated by having sent back the assets, if previous. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Are excluded from the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal:
- the supply of tailor -made or clearly customized goods;
- the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expires quickly;
- the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery;
- The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
The right of withdrawal indicates that if for any reason you do not be satisfied with your purchase, you can completely or partially return the products purchased no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The right of withdrawal provided for in the consumer code concerns only the consumer. The notion of "consumer" is provided for by art. 3 lett. To Legislative Decree 206/05: "Consumer or user: the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional activity possibly carried out". Therefore, being the owner of a VAT number a professional, and not a consumer, he will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal governed in the consumer code.
